Thank you for learning a little about me. 


I moved to Toronto and settled in Rosedale in 1997 from Calgary, Alberta. Toronto is a city I love and am so happy to call home. I have 5 children, 4 grown and a 15 year old daughter still at home. They have taught me how to manage time, personalities, and care for different needs effectively and efficiently.


I am a former publicist, home stager, house flipper and fundraiser. I have two degrees in Political Science specializing in marketing. Education is only one component but my life and real estate experiences make me your best ally and representative.


The execution of integrated marketing strategies is critical in real estate to achieve the highest price in the least amount of time when selling a property. Real estate is a numbers game. The more people that view your property, the faster the results will be and the highest price will be achieved. Social media is a tool that has been very effective for me in marketing my listings. I use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube to expose my listings with both paid audiences and my own followers.  My last listing was  marketed on my sites so effectively that the NY Times picked it up as did TO Blog (house of the week).  


I believe in today's marketplace it is critical to have an online presence that is aggressive, constant and engaging. All my listings have recorded exposure to over 15000 people in the first few days on the market. My network and relationship with other real estate agents is useful in increasing and achieving support in order to sell your property; my agent open houses are well-attended. I do not leave any stone unturned in order to insure that your property is exposed to the maximum number of potential buyers possible. After we have a prospective buyer or buyers it is my strong negotiation skills that will insure we both get an offer and get the highest dollar from that buyer possible. 


Together with the support of my brokerage, I know I will sell your property at the highest price possible that the market will bear. My track record in all market conditions clearly  demonstrates this.
